|Appointments:||To schedule an appointment, please call our office during the phone hours listed. The receptionist will ask you to explain the nature of your visit, so that we can give you the appropriate priority and amount of time. For appointments within the next 3 weeks, you can schedule online via ZocDoc. Please call the office for additional availability if there are no convenient appointments via ZocDoc and to schedule more than 3 weeks in advance.Cancelling Appointments: If you must cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. This will allow another patient to use your appointment time.|
|Directions:||We are located between Lexington & 3rd Avenues. The 6 train stops at 33rd Street and Park Avenue. There are parking garages on both 32nd & 33rd Streets between Lexington & 3rd Avenues.|
|Emergencies:||If your medical condition is life threatening call 911.
For established patients there is a physician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help with urgent medical problems. If an emergency occurs after hours, call our regular number (212-686-8686), and you will receive instructions to contact the answering service, which will page the physician on-call. The direct number for the answering service is 757-606-3380. (Do not call the answering service when the office is open.) If your problem is not truly medically urgent, please wait and call during normal business hours.
Prescription renewal requests will be handled only during office hours. Birth control pill prescriptions will not be renewed by the on-call doctor at nights or on weekends.
